چکیده
A group of 0.65(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 -0.35(Sr0.7+x + Bi0.2)TiO3 (BNT-S0.7+xBT) composite ceramic pellets are synthesized using a traditional solid sintering method, where tunable x, the changeable volume Sr, is to tailor energy storage through adjustments A-site stoichiometry in BNT-S0.7+xBT. We find that small excess Sr2+ ions will result an extensively tuning on crystal grain size and even contribute disorder charge fluctuation As such, BNT-S0.7+xBT exhibits minimum average highly compact morphology, thus, BNT-S0.75BT high dielectric constant (?r) about 5100 at 110 °C. Meanwhile, relatively thin polarization–electric field (P–E) loop with maximum polarization 42 ?C/cm2 low remnant electric 5 obtained pellet under 100 kV/cm, corresponding density 0.98 J cm?3 good ? 70.7%. Attractively, (Pm) 25–100 °C hardly decreases, implying excellent temperature stability performances which favors relaxor ferroelectric ceramics valuable supercapacitor serving evaluated temperature.

Investigation of a new lead-free Bi0.5(Na0.40K0.10)TiO3-(Ba0.7Sr0.3)TiO3 piezoelectric ceramic
Lead-free piezoelectric compositions of the (1-x)Bi0.5(Na0.40K0.10)TiO3-x(Ba0.7Sr0.3)TiO3 system (when x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, and 0.20) were fabricated using a solid-state mixed oxide method and sintered between 1,050°C and 1,175°C for 2 h. The effect of (Ba0.7Sr0.3)TiO3 [BST] content on phase, microstructure, and electrical properties was investigated. The optimum sintering temperature was 1...
متن کاملHeterostructured Ceramic Powders for Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production: Nanostructured TiO2 Shells Surrounding Microcrystalline (Ba,Sr)TiO3 Cores
Heterostructured photocatalysts were prepared to have nanostructured (ns) TiO2 shells surrounding microcrystalline (mc) cores of (Ba,Sr)TiO3. The as-prepared heterostructures were annealed between 400°C and 600°C to improve crystallinity and core-shell interfacial bonding. X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, and gas adsorption measurements demonstrated that 50 nm thick shells composed of na...
متن کاملDielectric relaxation and pinning phenomenon of (Sr,Pb)TiO3 ceramics for dielectric tunable device application
The behavior of ferroelectric domain under applied electric field is very sensitive to point defects, which can lead to high temperature dielectric relaxation behaviors. In this work, the phases, dielectric properties and ferroelectric switching behavior of strontium lead titanate ceramics were investigated. The structural characterization is confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The high dielectric ...
متن کاملDielectric–electrode interactions in glass and silicon-compatible thin-film (Ba,Sr)TiO3 capacitors
This paper investigates the role of electrode– dielectric interactions, and barrier materials on leakage current, breakdown voltage, yield and reliability of thinfilm (Ba,Sr)TiO3 capacitors on silicon and glass substrates. The first part of the paper investigates the electrode–dielectric interactions with sputtered Cu and Ni electrodes to identify the mechanisms that lead to high leakage curren...
